WW Lemon Chicken & Broccoli Recipe
When I returned to Weight Watchers (WW) I received the new WW 360 book, which describes the company’s newer whole-life approach to weight loss and healthy living. On the cover is a luscious looking recipe for WW lemon chicken and broccoli (see photo, left). Like the majority of WW recipes, this recipe is simple, quick and easy to follow. I made it for my husband Mike and me for dinner.
I prepped all the ingredients ahead of time since the dish comes together quickly. I did not use the lemon juice the recipe called for as I “knew” Mike wouldn’t care for that much lemon. Know your tastebuds! Do what works for them!
The recipe calls for 12 ounces of boneless chicken breasts. I used more (but I used the same amount of other ingredients) so Mike would have “enough” to eat!
Are you looking for a new chicken recipe that’s healthy AND tasty? Why not give this one a whirl? Mike, my ever-skinny husband, said he would happily eat it again. And again. And my only problem with the recipe? I wanted to eat more than my allotted single portion!
